HOW TO USE YOUR NORTHAMPTON SAINTSGIFT CARD

 

  1. Use your Gift Card to pay for all, or part of, your chosen purchase by presenting in person at the Saints Store till or entering your gift card number and pin at the online checkout.

 

  1. Any balance remaining on your Gift Card will be displayed on your receipt and can be used to pay on your next visit to the Saints Store.

 

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR GIFT CARD

 

  1. We do not collect personal information about Gift Card customers, therefore Northampton Saints are unable to replace or reimburse the value of your Gift Card if it is lost, stolen or damaged.

 

  1. We are unable to exchange your Gift Card balance for cash.

 

  1. Orders placed using gift cards, if returned will automatically be refunded back on to the original gift card used. 

 

  1. Every time you use your card, the balance is updated on our database – if you would like to check your balance, take your Gift Card to the Saints Store.

 

  1. We can take any action we consider appropriate if we have reason to believe you are abusing the Gift Card scheme, including withholding part or all of the balance on the card.

 

  1. For help with the Gift Card please email [email protected].

 

  1. The balance on any Gift Card will automatically expire 24 months after the date of purchase. You will not be able to redeem the value on your Gift Card after this

deadline.

 

  1. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
