We're happy to offer a FREE Collect In-Store service for your convenience. Please read these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth collection.

Our Simple Collection Process

The Most Important Step: Please wait until you receive your second email confirming that your order is officially ready to collect. If you attempt collection before receiving this email, your order will not be available. (We recommend checking your junk/spam inbox!)

• Why the wait? Online orders are fulfilled from our main warehouse, not directly from the Saints Store. We need time to process your order, ship it to the store, and get it prepared for you.

Collection Timeframe & Processing

We require a minimum of 24 hours to process and transfer your order to the store.

• Standard Processing: If you place your order before 2:00 PM on a store open day, we aim to have it ready for collection on the next store open day (see hours below).

• Late Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will require an extra 24 hours to process.

• Please note: Busy periods (like Christmas or high-demand weeks) may affect these collection times.

What You Need to Collect

To pick up your order, please ensure you have the following ready:

• Your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone).

• We may also require proof of identification (e.g., driver's license or passport).

Collecting on Behalf of Someone Else?

If someone else is collecting your parcel, they must present the order confirmation email and may be asked to show their own identification.

Important Collection Deadline

If you have not collected your order within 6 months of it being placed, we reserve the right to donate the contents of your order to charity, and no refund will be given.
