Collect in Store

During busy periods (Black Friday, Sales, Christmas etc) Please expect delays in despatch. We are working as quickly as we can to despatch your parcels during this period.

We are pleased to offer a collect in Store service for your convenience. Please read the below carefully to ensure you are able to collect your order.

  • Online orders are not fulfilled from the Saints Store but are processed from our Warehouse therefore you will have to wait for your order to be processed and delivered to store before this is ready to collect.
  • Due to this, we require at least 24 hours to process your order, we aim to have all collections ready to collect on the next Store open day (opening hours below, if you have placed your order before 2pm).
  • Orders placed after 2pm will require another 24 hours to process.
  • Busy periods can affect these times. 
  • Please wait until you receive a second email to confirm your order is ready to collect, if you attempt collection before receiving this email you will be unable to collect your order.

Your parcel can only be collected within the Stores opening hours. Please ensure you have your order confirmation email, we may also require proof of identification.

Please note that if you would like someone else to collect the parcel on your behalf, they will need the email confirmation and may be asked to present identification.

*Please note if you have not collected your order within 6 months of it being placed we will donate the contents of your order to charity and no refund will be given.
