Refunds & Exchanges

If a refund or exchange is required then please return your item(s) to us in their original packaging along with your receipt within 28 days of the purchase date. Please note that unless the item you are returning is faulty then the cost of returning your item(s) back to us is your responsibility. We would recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we will not accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. If you have faulty item that you would like to return to us then please contact us for a return postage label.

Purchases may also be exchanged or refunded at the Northampton Saints Store. All items must be returned in their original packaging along with your receipt and within 28 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. Please be aware, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued against items which have been personalised such as replica shirts, unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For hygiene reasons purchases of jewellery, underwear and face masks will only be exchanged or refunded if deemed to be faulty. Please make sure you have ordered the correct item and size at the time of ordering.

 

Image Reproduction

Products may differ to the images shown on the website. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow. We can accept no responsibility for variances in colour or style due to the settings on the users device or monitor. 

Stock Availability

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items are always available, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock, or we may sell out earlier than planned. If an item is unavailable at the time of dispatch we may send a substitute item of equal purpose and value on approval. When this is not possible we will refund the out of stock item.

How and When will it be delivered?

Where possible all of our mainland UK parcels are sent by DHL.  Parcels will require a signature on delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days (subject to stock availability), but please allow up to 14 days delivery to destinations within the UK. Orders sent to overseas destinations may take up to six weeks dependent on the destination. Please check the availability of items when ordering as orders are accepted without guarantee of delivery by specific dates. Please allow an additional 3/5 days for delivery of personalised shirts. It is our policy to dispatch orders in the shortest possible time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages occurred whilst in transit. Although we will advise and help with sizes where we can, responsibility cannot be taken by the online store if the items are not suitable in size.

Prices

The prices quoted on the Online Store are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to alter these prices up or down, when required by changes in VAT or other circumstances beyond our control. The correct price will be indicated on the delivery note. We reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, designs or prices or product and conditions of supply.

Prices online may vary from those in store. Occasionally promotions will be implemented either online or in store.

 

Sizes

The majority of the clothing on sale within the retail store are a 'standard' size (which is indicated within the size guides). However, these guides are for reference purposes only. Garments that are supplied by different manufacturers may vary from the size guides shown. Differing garments, especially technical products may be a 'body fit' type garment. These products will usually be highlighted. If you are unsure about the fit on any garments, then please contact the retail team at shop@northamptonsaints.co.uk who will be happy to assist.
