UK Delivery Options

Important UK Delivery Cut-Off Times

Our warehouse processes orders Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

• For DPD Express Delivery: You must place your order before 2:00 PM, Monday – Thursday.

• Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cut-off will be processed at the earliest on the next working day.

Black Friday & Christmas Processing Notice

Due to high demand during the Black Friday and Christmas periods, there will be a delay in processing your order.

• If you place your order on or after November 27th, please allow up to 5 working days for us to process and dispatch your order.

• If you do not receive your despatch confirmation email within this 5 working day period, please contact us.

• Maximum Weight: Please note that the maximum order size is 2KG. We may contact you if your order exceeds this weight limit.

• Taxes and Duties (EU): Taxes, duties, and a clearance fee may be due on goods sent from Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) to the EU.

• Customer Responsibility: The customs authorities in the destination country determine these charges. The Saints Store cannot reimburse any customs fees charged.
