Returning a gift?

If returning with the receipt, normal T&C's apply. If no receipt, item is only available for exchange providing item is unworn, in original packaging and has tag's still attached. exchange price is the value of the item on the day of exchange. Exchanges can be made for a new size, new item of the same or greater value (greater value will incur charge of the difference to be paid) or a Retail Gift Voucher. Please note gift vouchers issued in store, can only be redeemed in store (not online). Online retail gift vouchers  can only be redeemed online (not in store), online retail gift vouchers require an email address.

Items MUST still have their tags attached and be repackaged inside the original packaging within 28 days of purchasing. Please include your original order number e.g NS12345AA.Saints Store cover the postage to dispatch exchanged items, but no postage will be reimbursed for returning items. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are been deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with.


Please attach a covering letter or a note to your invoice stating which new sizes you need. If no information is provided your return will be refunded. We can only exchange for a different size or for another item matching the price paid.
If no receipt is enclosed we can  offer online only gift voucher codes for current price of product (if the item has been reduced at any time, this new price is the amount offered in gift voucher, unless proof of purchase is provided). If a different item is required, please place a new order. If the size required is out of stock, we will refund the returned item and contact you accordingly.


We do accept online order returns and exchanges in store.

- Any returns that have exceeded returns period will not be accepted


Please be aware, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued against items which have been personalised such as replica shirts and also for hygiene reasons any of the following items; jewellery, underwear, face masks, hats and socks unless the goods are faulty. Returns of purchases made using gift cards are refunded back onto the same gift card, even if the purchases are made part gift card/part payment, refunds will be issued back to gift cards first. This does not affect your statutory rights.
