We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the information below to ensure a smooth and straightforward process.


Important Returns Information – Effective 1st February

Please note the following applies to all returns from 1st February:

  • All postal returns will be refunded only – exchanges are not available by post.

  • Exchanges are available in-store only.

  • Online purchases can be returned in-store for a refund. These will be treated as a drop-off return.

  • Refunds for online orders returned in-store will be processed once the item has been returned to one of our warehouses.

  • Please always bring your receipt or order confirmation, which is included inside your parcel.

  • If you would like to exchange an item via post, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the required size or alternative item.

All other returns conditions remain unchanged.


Our Standard Returns Policy & Conditions

  • Return Window: 28 days from the date of purchase (or receipt of goods).

  • Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.


Items We Cannot Refund or Exchange (Unless Faulty)

Due to the nature of these products, refunds, exchanges, or credit notes cannot be offered unless the item is confirmed to be faulty:

  • Personalised Items:
    This includes all jerseys, as they are printed to order, as well as items printed with player names, numbers, custom names, or patches.

  • Hygiene Items:
    Jewellery, underwear, and face masks.


How to Make a Return or Exchange

1. In-Store Returns & Exchanges

Bring your item(s) and original receipt to the Saints Store during standard opening hours.

  • Exchanges: Available in-store only.

  • Refunds:

    • In-store purchases will be refunded immediately.

    • Online purchases returned in-store will be refunded once the item reaches our warehouse.


2. Postal Returns (Refunds Only)

Postal returns are accepted for refunds only.

B. Costs & Processing

  • Return Postage: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items by post. This cost is non-refundable.

  • Gift Card Purchases:
    If you used a gift card to place your online order, any refund will automatically be returned to the same gift card. We do not have access to gift card details, so please keep your gift card safe until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

  • Bundle & Promotional Purchases
    Items purchased as part of a bundle deal or multi-buy promotion (including 3 for 2 offers or discounted bundles) must be returned in full. We are unable to accept partial returns or issue refunds for individual items from a bundle. If you wish to change an item, please return the entire bundle for a refund and place a new order.

Can I return an item for a refund?

Yes. Items can be returned within 28 days of purchase (or receipt of goods), provided they are unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.

Do I have to pay for return postage?

Yes. The cost of returning an item by post is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.

What items are non-returnable?

Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalised items, including all jerseys (all jerseys are printed to order), and items printed with player names, numbers, custom names, or patches.

  • Hygiene items, including jewellery, underwear, and face masks.

What happens if I paid using a gift card?

If you used a gift card for your online purchase, any refund will automatically be returned to the same gift card.

We do not have access to gift card details, so please keep your gift card safe until you are completely happy with your purchase.

How long does a refund take?
  • In-store refunds for in-store purchases are processed immediately.

  • Online orders returned in-store or by post will be refunded once the item has been received and processed at our warehouse.

What if I purchased items as part of a bundle or multi-buy offer?

If items were purchased as part of a bundle deal or multi-buy promotion (for example, 3 for 2 or a discounted bundle price), all items included in the bundle must be returned together.

We are unable to accept partial returns or issue partial refunds for bundle or promotional offers. If you wish to change items from a bundle purchase, please return the full bundle for a refund and place a new order for the items you require.
