If no information is provided your return will be refunded. We can only exchange for a different size or for another item matching the price paid. |

Saints Store cover the postage to dispatch exchanged items, but no postage will be reimbursed for returning items. | Please be aware online order returns for refunds, this is a drop off service. Your parcel will be sent back to the Warehouse and you will receive your refund confirmation by email once this has been processed. | Please go to store within opening hours, take your purchased item and the item you wish to exchange it for to the till and a member of staff will be happy to help. |

Please be aware: no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued against items which have been personalised such as replica shirts and also for hygiene reasons any of the following items; jewellery, underwear, face masks, hats and socks unless the goods are faulty. Returns of purchases made using gift cards are refunded back onto the same gift card, even if the purchases are made part gift card/part payment, refunds will be issued back to gift cards first.
