Purchased Dates On or after November 1st.
Return Deadline You have until January 15th to return or exchange your item.
Applies To All purchases made in-store (standard online policy applies to online orders).

Our Standard Policy & Conditions

For all other purchases, including online orders and items purchased outside the Christmas window:

  • Return Window: 28 days from the date of purchase (or receipt of goods).

  • Condition: Items must be returned with the original receipt/invoice and in the same condition as purchased, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Items We Cannot Refund or Exchange (Unless Faulty)

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes unless the goods are confirmed to be faulty:

  • Personalised Items: This includes replica shirts printed with names, numbers, or specific patches.

  • Hygiene Items: For health and safety, this applies to purchases of jewellery, underwear, and face masks.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

You have two convenient options to process your return or exchange:

1. Drop Off In-Store (Quickest Method)

  • Simply bring your item(s) and your original receipt to the Saints Store during our standard opening hours for an immediate refund or exchange.

2. Postal Returns & Exchanges

If you prefer to mail your items back to us, please follow these steps:

A. Address & Required Information

Original Order No. You MUST include your original order number with the return.
For Exchanges Attach a clear covering letter or note stating the exact new size(s) you need.

B. Postal Exchange Rules

  • Exchange Limit: We can only exchange for a different size of the same item, or for another item that matches the price you originally paid.

  • No Instructions: If you send a return without clear instructions, your item will be refunded.

  • Out of Stock: If the item/size you requested for exchange is out of stock, we will automatically issue a refund and contact you accordingly.

C. Costs & Processing

  • Your Cost: The postage cost for returning the item to us will not be reimbursed.

  • Our Cost: The Saints Store will happily cover the postage to dispatch any exchanged item back to you.

  • No Receipt / Reduced Price Rule: If you return an item without a receipt or proof of purchase, we can only offer an online gift voucher code for the current price of the product (if the item has been reduced, this will be the reduced price).
