Here is a collation of all relevant information regarding our operating hours, sales processing delays, and collection deadlines for the Black Friday and Christmas periods.

Delivery & Order Processing Information

Please be aware of the following deadlines and delays during the peak holiday shopping season:

• Processing Delay Notice: Due to high demand during Black Friday and Christmas, there will be a delay in processing your order.

  • If you place your order on or after November 28th, please allow up to 5 working days for us to process and dispatch your order.

  • If you do not receive your despatch confirmation email within this 5 working day period, please contact us.

• UK Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery (£4.95): Within 10 working days.

  • DPD Express Delivery (£6.95): Within 1–2 working days. (Order before 2:00 PM, Mon–Thu).

• Click & Collect (FREE):

  • Collection is available from the Saints Store, Village Store & Trailer Store on the next working day (Thursdays–Saturdays).

  • Important: Please always wait for your confirmation email before travelling to collect your order.
